Restaurant Connection has been, in my experience, the most reliable food delivery service in Santa Barbara. Not only do they have a great selection of restaurants but they also have great customer service. Both the convenience of a meal delivery service and the benefits of a locally run business.
I work for a company that has food delivered every Friday. The past two times we have had CPK and Richard has been our delivery man. He is fantastic. He comes on time, he is friendly and he helps me sort the food out. You need more people like this delivering. It has been a pleasant experience.
I am a pharma rep, and I could not function in my job without Restaurant Connection. I order from them 3-5x per week. Whether it is just drinks or a 3 course dinner, they set up and serve on time and always get it right. They have many restaurants to choose from and their staff and delivery persons are top notch. If you cater at all, put them on speed dial. They are amazing!
Great service. I had a company meeting and needed the delivery to be on time, which it was. I also needed to add on to the order and Restaurant Connection made it very easy to do so.
Top notch service - unlike some other services, if there's ever a question or problem, they don't hesitate to contact you to clarify, and they've always answered the phone if I needed to call them. I'm a fan.
